: The TV needs to be set to the AV channel

: Yellow cable from DVD must connect to yellow input (RCA) of TV (Composite - factory defualt)

: You could even use S-video if your TV has an S-video input.. Make sure to set this in the UNIT from the remote setup video .....

: Again defualt is composite and you will always get picture on Composite (Yellow RCA cable input)
