Sansui 8080DB power meters problem

Hello,
i've got a problem with the power meters on my 8080db.
there is no activity on the meters.
i think the problem is on the protector card, but i'm not sur.I've no schematics of this receiver.
Is someone know the value of the R12 1/4 watt resistor on the protector card ???
