Hello,
i've find my problem,
the resistor is a 1.5 K ohms resistor, i've replaced it.but the power meters problem wasn't here, it was on the protector card, i've replaced 4x 1N60 germanuim gas diodes (D12,D13...)and the 2 adjustable 4.7 Kohms resistors to adjust meters for power, theses 2 adjustable resistors were burned!!.
Now, it's working very good.
