Sansui 500A Is this a good tube receiver? any comments

Hi I have a Sansui 500A tube receiver....Is this a good receiver? Can I use 6BQ5 instead of 7189a tubes?

This receiver is in excellent conditon and built like a tank......Does any oneknow the value of this unit..any coments appriciated......does anyone have a manual they could email me?
