No, it has nothing to do with connecting a deck to an external computer. Keep in mind that model was made back in the 80's, when computers themselves were quite primitive in what they could do compared to the situation nowadays.

The Compu Selector refers to what probably is a small microprocessor chip inside the Sansui deck itself which serves to give you some automated functions that you can activate with a minimal touch of the buttons on the front- for example, being able to have the deck automatically locate a specific song on the tape.

If you could find an Operating Manual for any Sansui deck that has the built-in Compu Selector, the manual would illustrate how to use the functions.
