AU-Alpha907MR Series (1995)

The fourteenth generation of the 07 Series.  Further improved the legendary "X-Balanced" circuit to the "New Hyper Alpha-X Balanced Circuit."  Another improvement was to introduce higher quality and heavier duty parts in order to eliminate the "Isolated Mechanical Feedback" that produces minor sound distortion.  That improvement include the use of the custom made capacitors and transistors.  Even legs of those models were made of solid pure copper, and insulators between legs and chassis were made from genuine leather.  This series revived tone controls, as well.  The top of line product, AU-Alpha907MR, was sold in Japan at 295,000 Yen, approximately $2,300.00.
