I'm in need of a pair of original 5" midrange drivers for one of the above model cabinets. The black surrounds are cracked about a third of the way around the circumference in each driver. If I have no luck in locating vintage replacements, I'd appreciate do-it-yourself ideas for effecting a satisfactory repair. The old tissue-paper-patch-soaked-in-lacquer approach doesn't appeal to me much. Thanks...
