: Need to buy spares in Spain for this turntable. Following an electrical storm the turntable cannot be controlled by the quartz. We have power, but the speed of the turntable is uncontrollably fast. Contact Sandy boomerang@spansurf.com
Hi Sandy,

I had the same problem. My repairman recognized a double transistor (with 5 legs) which was defective. This type of transistor is out of stock nowadays. But he simply put in two normal transistors (connected at one of their legs, donīt know, whether Collector, Emitter or Base) and soldered them into the board instead of the original double transistor. And it still works fine. Canīt tell, if those transistors were of NPN or PNP type. I hope, these informations can help, please excuse my bad English.
