Mike- There was someone named Joseph who owns a B-3000 and he has some interest in obtaining the matching preamp and tuner- you can locate him at the Sansui message board on Dave Compton's Yahoo Sansui site. Perhaps he might be interested in the whole system that you have.
As for how much its worth- I wouldnt expect it to be a significant amount- each individual component is decent but nothing of exceptionally good quality, too much cheap black plastic for the serious audiphile. Your best bet is to put it on Ebay.
