well its a bummer no doubt about it. to see what appears to be a reasonably clean looking amp with damage suffered at the hands of the handlers during the shipping process. looks like it was dropped and took a hit on the corner skewing the case away from its mooring with the face plate. no tellin what might have happened internally. im not going to bother even plugging it in... it just needs to go back to the seller. hopefully i will get my money back. this experience has certainly demonstrated that you cannot put too much effort into the packing procedure...now i see just how important those styrofoam side covers are that come with new equipment. this was my first purchase from e bay and its definitely giving me pause as to further acquisition of heavy electronics through the shipping channels...what a shame --it looked to be a good amp....skip
