Sansui B2301 & C-2301 with 220-240V

Hello,

I am looking for to buy the Sansui B-2301 (L) and c-2301 amps.
My problem is that I live in europe and we use 220V-240V.
Do you know that these amps have voltage selector?
Do you have these amps to sell?
Waiting for your reply! (I write some letter to Japan but they did not reply me unfortunately)
