: : : Ive been asked to repair a friends treasured AU-G77X
: : : and have tracked main problem to blown (Schottky?)
: : : rectifier package marked "CTP-2S 6128"
: : : I cant find data re voltage/ current rating anywhere.
: : : on this device

: : : Anyone know the specs on this ? I dont want to substitute Si diodes as the voltage drop could reduce
: : : power output on that channel.

: : : Nearest I have to hand is a MOSPEC S10C40C rated 5A 40V but this is likely too low voltage wise as I measure 50V ac across the CTP-2S inputs and dont know if the transformer is centre tapped or if full bridge is used (I have no schematic)
: : :
: : : Can anyone help, please ?

: :
: : Hi John
: : It seems that you do need a schematic. You can get the complete service manual which also contain adjustment procedure, signal path in color etc. See link

Just to let you know, I'm looking at the same model right now with the same bridge diode package shorted. If I find a substitute I'll let you know
