Hi Russ:

Although I used the word 'collection' when referring to my equipment, I dont know if I would consider myself to be a collector. I'm more of a Sansui enthusiast who likes several models in particular and was able to buy them on Ebay, or locally.

The BA-5000 weighs a whopping 108 pounds, and believe me, it is HEAVY. The other 300W Monster from the 1980's which I have is the B-2301, and that weighs in at 82 lbs. There was a B-2301 recently on Ebay Germany, feel free to have a look there, some nice photos were posted in that auction. (The list of countries are shown at the bottom of the Ebay page).

I need to update my photos on this site, as they were taken in '02 and I no longer have the AU-X1's. I'd also like to be able to get all 3 of my BA-5000's in a photo and post them.

Of course, I still have the speakers, the fabulous Infinity Renaissance 90's, and tonight, Friday night, is music listening time with the BA-5K and Ren 90's, it will be great :)

A pair of Ren 90's just sold on Ebay for $2K. Seller had the original boxes. I am sure the buyer will be very pleased with them.

Regards,

Fred
