I hope someone will help. My elderly mother is 1200 miles from me and I am trying to find an answer for her television problem.
She has a Sansui 17 inch television. She had to stop cable due to financial concerns and now cannot get it back in the regular TV mode. She lives in a rural town where they only get one channel but at least that is something.
If anyone can tell me how to tell her to do this I would appreciate it so much. I don't have cable nor a Sansui so I can't try to figure it out with my own tv.
