I have a Sansui AU 7700 too. I bought it in 1974 in Washington, D.C. during my six-years-stay there.I´m with the German Military (Air Force). Incredible enough, this beautiful piece of high-quality electronic was running perfectly alright (in combination with a TU 5500 - Tuner) until 2003. Then it needs a little repair what turns out to be a problem. However, since I love this unit so much I was trying everything to get it fixed - and it was done.I´m afraid, this phantastic amplifier will easily survive me.
