you can pull the cover and see where it sticks, clean the pullys, lube the dial slider just a little, maybe use abit of beeswax on the tunning shaft or the string. I've done similar to sansui 7000 with good results.
Where do you live and what would you ask for it? Is the front panel scratch free and all lettering not worn, all lites work, ? the real cost on these boatanchors is in the shipping.
