Hi Derik
If your main fuse blow you donīt have any sound at all. Itīs same as you power off your 9090db
I recommend you to bring your receiver to a skilled technician to get it fixed.

: Hello all, I've got a Sansui 9090db I haven't used in about 6 months and now it does not seem to want to make any noise when being used in AUX / FM / AM / ETC modes. This does not matter whether it's in dolby mode or not.

: I _can_ get some sound out it if by turning the volume all the way up but it is extremely faint through both the speakers and through headphones.

: I don't know a lot about these old electronics but I suspect maybe the main fuse has gone? I'm not sure how that would happen when I didn't even have it hooked up for so long.

: Any help would be appreciated! And if it is the main fuse where would I go to buy a new one and find out what type I need?
