Can by anywhere. Remove the cover and have a look were itīs colored black caused by too high temperature.
: so i found a model 2000 receiver on the street. I didn't work so hot all of the time. i left it on and fell asleep only to wake up to the acrid stink of what seemed to be burnt plastic. the "protector" light was on and a grey dusty residue was left around the vents. I think something caught fire and went out. any ideas?
