: I have an old Sansui AU-G77X Amp that I was going to try to repair. When powered on the protector light continues to flash and never goes green. I have checked the fuse, and for obvious stuff on the boards like loose solder joints, bad connections loose grounds etc. I have not been able to locate anything. All the CAPs appear to be ok to me, no leakage or discoloration. Does anyone have any suggestions of what I can check next. Have a DMM but no schematic so not quite sure at what ponits I should be checking for a short.
