hi, i too have a Sansui Amplifier and it has the same IC STK 4843 and incidentally it too blew one of its channels. There is no option but to replace it. Its available online at approx $15 to $20 plus shipping. But I have replaced mine once and it blew again in 3 months this time both channels. And this time I am thinking of replacing the whole amplifier with one that has metallic transistors instead of IC.
Still if you want to replace only the IC let me give you a cross reference: ECG1820 or simply power IC 1820
