Not that I'm an expert... But doubtful that the woofer would be the same wattage. Given that, then the crossover would have to be changed, would be my guess. Watch this site for parts or ePay http://www.oaktreeent.com/Sansui_Speaker_Parts.htm
Notice the different models all the woofers have different wattage etc... Unless your current woofer went up in flames you could have it reconed or a new surround put on. Might be cheaper to repair then replace. Do a google search for speaker repair or parts.
