I found a # PT-3 without LA (this might be the same). Transistor PNP, Ge, Audio Power amplifier, case style-T03(oval shape center to center hole dist-30.16mm),cap dia-22.2mm dia., Max collector Current-10amps, collector to base-60v, coll. to emitr-45v, max coll. pwr dessip'n.-90w, freq-300khz
The equiv NTE# is 121 or 121MP. That's all I can provide hard to find exact #LAPT-3. make sure it's a pnp transistor.
