Hi guys,
I just bought a 5500 off an auction here in NZ. These things are so rare over here that i promptly snapped it up. It turns out the seller was misleading. I now have a unit that powers up, vu meters work, but only 1 channel of distorted sound comes through (tried several inputs). I want to know if the problem sounds like it may consist of a few caps etc or whether its irrepairable? If you need more info to determine this just let me know.
Also, does anyone have a copy of the service manual that they can send/email me? I don't don't mind paying/reimbursing.
