It sounds like you are looking for the Owners/Operating Manual, rather than the Service Manual which has the schematics and is meant more for repairing the unit if it has any problems.
There is a link at the top of this page where copies of Manuals can be obtained, but I dont see an O.M. for your particular model. Perhaps you can do an Online search for some turntable websites that might have it.
Even if sansui.us did have the Manual, you would need to purchase a copy of the whole manual (the price is very reasonable). Its not fair to the people who maintain this site, that they should be expected to devote their time to provide free scans to anyone who asks, nor is it fair to the other people who do pay for their manual copies.
