There's a few causes as to why the protector light comes on but its shouldnt be too difficult to have that corrected. Have you visited where my main "hangout" is? --> www.audiokarma.org Hopefully you are already aware that I moderate the 'Exclusively Sansui' forum there. My avatar is the mighty 300W Sansui BA-5000 which is simply an AWESOME amplifier, all 108 pounds of it! :) We have some very knowledgeable folks like 'Echo Wars', 'dr56audio', 'QuadBob' etc... so if you ever need technical assistance with the G-22000, just ask and they will do their best to help. And dont restrict yourself to the current messages, there's alot of good Info in the Archived messages as well.
