Great! Thank you for the info. Sorry about the late response. Just too busy with the holidays. Appreciate your help. Take care.

: Hello there! Well, there is a way to do this, Its quite elaborate however.. But it will sound incredible. Go buy a separate dolby digital 5.1 decoder/processor. Sonymakes em, rotel makes em, even higher end if you have the $$$$.$$ I would RCA out front channels < L+R > to your AUX or TAPE of your AU-919.. Now buy one more au-919 or well, perhaps less powerfull amp. RCA rear to the other integrated amp, run center RCA back to your television audio in and buy a power active subwoofer... the sansui amps are running fronts and rears, you WILL need to play with volume levels. This way, when the theatre isnt in use, your HI-FI will be ready to go! and vice versa! Dolby processing SUCKS with music. heh.

: : Hello group, I need some suggestions please. I would like to add surround, at least 5.1, to these units. Is that possible these days? If it is, can you recommend specific models? Thank you in advance for any help you can give me.

: : Nelson
