on 11/19/2003 ebay informed me by email, that an item up for sale [Sansui TU-X-1 Integrated Tuner] was removed by ebay because a member of "their" Verified Right OWNER (VeRO) Program notified ebay that the listing "potentially infringes its copyright, trademark or other rights." ebay further states, "we strongly urge you not to complete this transaction". Who owns Sansui's Copyrights? has all of us out their in never never land, been violating Sansui's Copyrights, Trademark, or Other Rights, all these many years? if so, why didn't anyone in ebay's VeRO program speak up before? Why wait until now? the individual was offering thsi tuner at a starting price of $1.00, with free shipping to the US only! COMMENTS are incouraged and requested. Also, please inform ebay about Sansui's real identity.
